She seems very competent. She sometimes lacks a positive “bedside” manner. This recent appointment was actually the most engaged she has been with my father and I appreciate that. She and her staff are responsive to questions or requests via phone or MyChart.

I was disappointed with Dr. Zimmers’ bedside manner. I don’t doubt her medical skills and expertise. However, a warm approach helps me feel safe and comfortable in a doctor’s office, so I’ll be looking for a new provider.
