Truthfully, I have had one TeleMed conversation with Dr. Gallon and I found it very effective. The doctor was well prepared with information about my case when we spoke. He answered my questions thoroughly and was very patient with Answering questions I decided to ask after we had said goodbye. He did not rush me but rather encouraged me to ask what I wanted to to my satisfaction. It’s important to have a doctor who is a good listener.

He was able to review my file and give input. He was helpful. I caught him up on all my history since transplant from my daughter Aug 2019. We had a good discussion. I do use my local nephrologist Dr Moulton w visit or telemed every 3 months
