Lisa was the so patient, explained everything before during and after. Checked to see if I had an appt with my primary, checked to see if orders for the necessary blood work and ekg were ordered. Always calm and very kind.

She was so patient, in spite of the fact I’m sure she’s had to these pre-op visits so many times. She was also clear in her explanations. When you leave a medical office knowing any concerns you have will be addressed and that you’re welcome to contact them is so reassuring.
