Lisa called me and straightened everything out. There was an apparent mistake made during scheduling. She was very courteous and accommodating. We conducted the visit telephonically and I received my test results. Lisa should be commended for taking charge and taking the time and making the effort to straighten everything out and conducting the visit in a prompt manner.

I mostly spoke with Lisa’s intern, but when Lisa chimed in it was thoughtful and additive. I didn’t get as much of a full sense from her as I would need to give a whole-hearted 10.

She was friendly, great communicator and seemingly very well educated. I say “seemingly” only because I am in no position to judge. I have no expertise. But she “seemed” very knowledgeable in the midst of her GREAT communication skills and friendliness.
