Dr. Flaum listens to your concerns. During this challenging diagnosis, as a patient, I would like the best treatment possible; however, just as important is a doctor that listens to my questions (all of them) with kindness, concern and compassion. Dr. Flaum exemplifies this doctor. I am pleased to be under her care.

I really like Doctor Flaum. She is very kind and understanding and listens to her patients. She takes time to explain things to me and answers all of my questions, and doesn't rush me.

I have been quite sick for the past eight years, and Dr. Flaum has done an incredible job in helping me overcome this situation, live on and live a normal life. She is extremely capable and very good at dealing with patients. Having her as my doctor has been a tremendous advantage.
