Dr. Lam spent a lot of time asking questions about what brought my husband to this appointment. She listened to our answers and documented them. She explained a lot to us during this appointment in a way that we could understand.

Dr. Lam is my longtime pulmonologist. She is very concerned about monitoring my asthma and has responded immediately to any changes. She has an excellent bedside manner, combined with being extremely knowledgeable, inspires confidence.
