This was my second visit with Dr. Nair as she was recommended by my previous physician Dr. Ellen Ross who retired in 2019. My Jan 28 visit went extremely well as I shared my mental and physical health issues with her. Dr Nair is very attentive as she read my history and offered what she thought was best for me at this time. The other staff members as well was very efficient; friendly and professional. I have already received some of my lab results and will be reviewing and following up as necessary. Look forward to continuing my relationship with Northwestern Memorial; Dr. Nair and her staff in the future.

She knows her practice well and what treatment modality would work best for me, based on my medical history and age. She stays well informed. She knows how to look up everything that I have had done, (tests, exams, procedures, medications prescribed by other MD's, etc)

OMG. Dr Nair’s knowledge, understanding, kindness, authenticity, honesty & positive attitude enabled me to leave my visit feeling; heard, understood, healthy, inspired to take care of myself & just calmer. I tend to be an anxious person - who asks more questions than most doctors are either willing or able to answer. Dr. Nair not only answered them, but took the time to explain things which enabled me to actually understand. I’m addition, I didn’t feel rushed (which is hard to accomplish- especially now - given time restraints & the pressure these physicians feel.) Moreover, Dr. Nair checked to make sure that I was taking care of all aspects of my health - on track with taking care of my health issues: from my osteoporosis to dermatological issues. Having lost my long-term physician to retirement, and then a number of specialists, I was feeling a bit uncared for. Dr. Nair cured me of that in just one appointment!! I just don’t want her to leave!!!
