The staff preceding Dr Kang was as polite and professional as she was to me. I felt very comfortable talking with her. I asked several questions and took she took time to explain as well as ask me questions related to my previous experiences. I have been a patient at Nortwestern for several years. This was the most organized staff I have encountered. Wonderful Experience. I look forward to my next visit.

Review of patellofemoral exercises was helpful. Directions for ongoing self-care include the same exercises. The doctor answered all my questions during the follow up visit. Left knee is doing great, I have achieved my goals and I only make a new appointment on an as-needed basis.

She listened and actually came up with a plan for my care. My previous primary doctor would either send me to some other specialist without answering any questions and wouldn’t follow through with what she said she’d do. Dr. Schulte came up with a care plan to help me in the office at this meeting without me having to go to someone else.
