Dr. Russell(my primary eye Doctor) stated that she want me to be seen my a Glaucoma Specialist and stated that she would contact/referred me to Dr. Kang..there was a wait…because she is so booked up…..but the wait was worth it…am so glad I can call her one of my Doctors at NW.

Dr Au takes her time when you are with her. She listens intently to your concerns and incorporates them in making her decisions if it is a reasonable request. The staff is second to none. They are personable and responsive to your requests.

Very kind. Listened to everything we had to say. We have had same doctor for 15 years and he made us very comfortable. Good man. Look forward to seeing him more often…not too often though!! 😂
