Traci really takes the time to explain everything in a non-stuffy way. I left the office feeling fully informed and able to make an good decision about care. When I returned for a small procedure, Traci walked me through it step by step in a calm, gentle manner. She explained aftercare very well and made sure that I had a follow-up appointment.
