Patel was good and made me feel comfortable before surgery. I would have liked to talk with him myself after surgery. He called my wife after surgery but we would prefer to see him in person to better know what to expect, get instructions from him, and be able to ask questions. Call was too brief. I do, however, understand his busy schedule.
