I have been seeing dr au for over 20 years and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see her. Today I waited well over 1 hour just to reach her office. No staff advised me that she was behind or how long my wait would be. I am a senior citizen with a husband who has Parkinsons and Dementia. Love dr au; disappointed in Northwestern.

I was very sad when R. Patel left but I am so impressed with Dr. Kazmi. He is so attentive and really seems to care. He is also very proactive! He reminded me about getting the shingles vaccine which I keep forgetting to schedule. Great hire and addition to the NWM staff.
