This was my first odor to Dr. Jackson after a concern on a recent test. I was very nervous about the possibilities and the Doctor was kind, compassionate, and explained exactly what the steps we would take. She was able to perform a follow procedure right in the office - and she made sure let me know each step of the way. I would highly recommend the doctor.

I wish I were not required to provide a score, as part of the problem is that I should have waited to see someone that specializes in helping someone with Barrett's. That is not Ms. Araujo's fault. Further, the information provided was not geared toward people with obesity. In my experience, very few people who are obese have no idea what they should be eating. As to Ms. Araujo, she was nice and sensitive, but is not the best listener.

Dr Shruti has been phenomenal the two times I have seen her, making eye contact while talking to me, asking questions that pertain to the issues we are speaking about instead of methodically checking a bunch of boxes on the computer. Best experience I have had with an MD since my pediatrician
