Patricia has always been really nice and encouraging, but this visit took it over the top. She listens, she is not dismissive, she is supportive and realistic. I am always encouraged when I finish her classes-- I think this is my third one with her. I did two pre-op and two post-op. Patricia reminds me of the amazing staff I encountered during my surgical stay. She is an actual gem.
