Patricia's way of answering questions was condescending, lacking empathy, and frankly somewhat rude. My two previous classes with Holly were so informative and encouraging. She answered questions over and over no matter how repetitive they were to the content on the screen. Patricia was dismissive, unpleasant, and made me feel stupid for having a question in the first place. I'm truly very disappointed that my experience through this process has hit this bump. It's extremely important for me to be able to speak openly with providers and ensure that my doubts and questions are cleared up so that I can take that information and apply it to my day to day. Patricia did not provide that in this class at all.

I have been experiencing nasal congestion and ear infection for over three weeks. Jennifer asked questions regarding the medications I have been on, then explained the impact the meds may have played with my lab results. She then advised the need to monitor my hemoglobin levels in the future and if there was a trend, that infusions may be needed. Jennifer reviewed my available lab results, answered all of my questions very thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Positive experience as always, professional and courteous.
