Dr. Hyon is SO sweet, calm and caring. She explained the whole procedure before starting and also kept me aware of everything that was happening throughout and made sure I was comfortable. She does not rush you in the slightest. On the contrary, she is so patient and thoroughly answers any questions you may have and makes sure you've gotten to ask them all before the appointment is over. She made it clear that she's there for any help or questions after the fact as well and not to hesitate to reach out if needed.
