I never have to wait to get in for my appointments, Kathleen is always on time. Once I get in, the service is excellent. She remembers our previous appointments and my history (what we discussed). We have an excellent rapport and it’s easy to open up and share feelings and get great feedback-she offers care options and makes me feel like I’m included in my treatment plan. She’s very knowledgeable and I feel like I’m getting the best care possible. She’s the best provider I’ve ever had and I never feel like my appointments are a burden.
