The Doctor assessed the reason for referral from another doctor. Explained the observation, asked questions about potential symptoms and functional need or limitations due to the condition, talked through differential analysis and deduced what wouldn't be applicable, which supported the results of the assessment. Doc had the staff find referrals for treatment and explained the various medical specialists. It was empowering as a patient and boosts my confidence in Northwestern Memorial.

My procedure went well, I've healed without complications, other MDs have commented on how good the incisions look. She took the time to answer follow up questions and she listened to my concerns about communications.
