Laurie talked with me about the shot and what to expect and when. I mentioned that when I had the first shot, I was somewhat uncomfortable as the gel was pushed in. She talked to me as she was doing the injection and stopped midway so that I could relax a bit before she continued. I greatly appreciated her helping me through it.
