Lauren was amazing and helped me get my boot squared away. She even observed and explained a minor cosmetic issue with the boot I brought in and showed me how to fix it! From medical review to getting my next appointment with Dr. Witkowski I felt like she went above and beyond when she very easily could have dismissed me to resolve my own issues or work with another staff member. Thank you!

In actuality I began recommending NWM upon receiving my bill of health and immediately following my visit today, the staff, facilities and level of care are unmatched. I am 52 years young and have experienced some health concerns over the years, each time NWM and their providers have cared for me, I am very comfortable having been cared for here. Ty NWM ! I have just been so impressed with Lauren Roth. She has made me feel so comfortable each visit. On this visit, she reassured me that everyone falls and it doesn't do the damage that I fear it does. She read me so well! Then, she completely read the fear that I had in a cast. She asked if I was claustrophobic and that was exactly what I was feeling! She changed my plan to having a boot and all my nervousness dissolved!

Lauren is a great listener and very focused on my needs. She was super careful when removing my stitches I hardly felt a thing. I feel she is very knowledgeable and confident and that makes me feel more secure in my recovery stage.
