Lauren is amazing. She is having so much patience. Her follow up is wonderful and so calming. she never makes you like you're a bother.

She is terrific. She asks good questions and listens to the answer. She demonstrates a broad understanding of the situation. She always checks to see if the patient has any questions or concerns. She acts quickly when a situation calls for it. She is a great team member.
