Laura was competent, professional, and caring! Her exam was comprehensive and her instructions were clear. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Also shout out to Mike who took out my stitches and also assisted me during Dr. [ ] February [ ] initial exam.

I am very satisfied very professional also very thorough . All the staff including my Surgeon,PA and RN are doing an excellent Job , and the reason I know is because I am retired RN and have work for the VA for 30 years.

Lauren Kyrouac is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She examined my incision and asked me a number of relevant questions about my surgery and its results. She took the time to answer all of my questions in terms that I could understand. Most importantly, she has the knowledge to provide a wealth of information that was of great interest to me. Also, she met with me at the scheduled time, no waiting.
