My consultation with Dr. Spinelli was professional and personal and I felt like she really cared about me a a patient. Appreciated the amount of time that was spent and interest in my specific needs for hearing support. Truthfully, I was MUCH more impressed with Dr. Spinelli's ability to listen to me and accommodate attention to my needs than I was by the attention/listening that was done by the ENT physician specialist during my last visit.
