I didn't like her bedside manner. I will not bring my kids to her again. This is the third time talking or getting visits for the same 'cold' that isn't going away

This is my first child and of course I want what is best for my baby while she developing and grows— and of course when you’re a first time mother, you have a million questions to ask. But Dr. Bianconi went above and beyond to make sure I got to ask all my questions and that they were answered, she gave my husband and I tips and tricks for at home. She was just phenomenal with our baby also. We absolutely loved meeting Dr. Bianconi!

I just don’t feel like she reads her charts or cares. She doesn’t seem to know what she is talking about. I was told it could be teething to something viral or Covid. I felt uneasy about going home and watching to make sure my daughter’s breathing wasn’t labored or she stopped eating.
