I feel I was not being heard on my concerns that were brought up. I was given the basic spiel about eating healthier when I had stated I had been eating healthier and more active but continued to struggle.

This is the first time seeing Dr. Chintam so I don't feel like I can give a thorough review. I do feel she was very professional, responded to questions I may have satisfactorily, and reviewed my health history with me for a clearer understanding. I will have no problem seeking Dr. Chintam for any health issues I may have in the future.

Dr. Chintam was very kind and friendly, but I was concerned that the only exam that was performed was an auscultation of my heart and lungs. My previous primary care would do a full EEN exam, palpate my throat (important with my hypothyroid), check reflexes, do a breast exam and an abdominal palpation. I asked Dr. Chintam about this (detailing everything above) when she said the exam was over, her response was "That's a lot, I would only do that if you had a concern." I'm a medical professional, so my view on annual exams are that they are meant to be preventative and find anything proactively before it becomes a problem. Again, the doctor was very kind but in my mind it is very concerning that there was no true exam performed.

Dr. Chintam was very professional about my care. It was very clear she had looked at all the latest test results and other hospital information prior to my post hospital visit.
