Kylie Mack is the best PA I have ever seen. She talks to me like I am a person and not a file. She remembers everything about me. She listens to everything I have to say and I never feel rushed. Also, she lets me know I am not odd and my issues are normal and often inputs her own experiences. She is not just a 10 but a 20 in my book.
