Dr Mullins explained the test in advance as well as asking some questions. During the test she gave clear instructions and following the test informed us that the results would be made available to my AuD provider.

Dr. Mullins called me in on the scheduled time. She was professional, she explained the outcome of the hearing tests and she answered all my questions.
