Krystine does an amazing job of making the transition with a new cochlear into the real world easier. She is extremely efficient on implementing, explaining and training next steps. She listens and helps with the patients specific needs. She is very resourceful.

Krystine Mullins took care of many things ahead of our appointment and during our appointment so I didn’t have to figure them out. She also explained things very clearly with visuals. All her hard work enabled me to focus my time on training my brain on cochlear hearing. Thank you Krystine!
