She was wonderful, knowledgeable, nice demeanor, and told us what to expect ahead of time. Which helped ease my kiddo. I appreciate the fact that I felt like I was actually “heard”. She definitely exceeded expectations!

She is very friendly and personable. She talks to me with respect and talks to my son(s) as well during their visits. If my 2 yr old is walking around the room, she will get down on his level and talk to him to exam him.
