She listens and is conscientious. It is hard for a non-medical personnel to determine if a lesion is pre-cancerous or cancerous or just plain benign and she seems to understand that well. I don’t feel embarrassed if the lesion is benign even though I was worried about it

She was so nice and accommodating. She took her time to answer questions and gave some great advice. She is thorough, kind and helpful. She was also really patient, empathetic and she has the best attitude.
