He's very personable, knowledgeable and flexible. My referring doc had forgotten to transmit important information but he took it upon himself to do an extra test based on the isdues I told him about. Not every doctor would have listened to me.

He spoke to me before the procedure, explaining everything, his nurse called with the results, and finally he and I had a video conference to answer questions, explain his recommendations, and discuss more thoroughly the results of the procedure.
