For whatever reason I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be an office appointment until the last minute. Even he was confused about the change since he was in the office, which is only two blocks from my home. Yet, even on the phone I found he was patient and made a sincere effort to understand my medical issues.

He was honest about available treatment options moving forward and was very inclusive of my thoughts and opinions. Great listener.
