So friendly, made sure all of my questions were answered and gave a ton of detail and explanation to everything he told me.

He told me that he’d put in an order for my urine sample that I should have given if my appointment was not changed to a phone appointment. I went to the lab, sat in urgent care with all the sick people to find out my lab was never put in and I couldn’t provide a sample. Very very frustrating.
