He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and takes the time to listen to me and understand my concerns. I've been to many doctors, including some who were friends/colleagues, and I believe that Dr Hayes is one of the best in terms of getting to know his patients, respecting their concerns, and working with them as a partner to ensure that they receive the best possible care.
