Dr. Ha listens to my concerns and provides an outstanding assessment,he suggests a treatment plan and solicits feedback, recommends test and other procedures, he is attentive and takes his time to know the patient’s concerns. He is empathetic and really cares. He explained complex issues very clearly. He is working with me to address my concerns.

Dr. Ha was very thorough and also detailed with his explanations to my questions. He is also very friendly and positive. I felt like he listened to all of my concerns as well. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

He takes time with patients, personable, even with northwesterns quick in quick out policy. He actually cares. Not all northwestern docs do.

He definitely lets you explain what it is your feeling. I’ve had doctors kind of “write you off” and prescribe medicine. however, he listens and lets you tell him what your issue is.

Dr. Ha listens to all my problems and is very kind l, never rude or trying to rush me out. It's hard to find a doctor that actually listens and cares for his patience. I'm lucky to have him as my primary doctor.
