Dr. Kenneth Ha has a remarkable ability to not only listen to all of your concerns and talk with you/educate you about them, but also manages to maintain a consistent appointment schedule. I have not before had a physician who has demonstrated more empathy and problem solving ability than Dr. Ha. That is why I see him. But keeping an appointment time is very very appreciated as well!
