He is very caring, attentive and empathetic. He immediately focused on figuring out where my pain is located and what could be the contributing factors that cause my pain.

As stated previously he explains each procedure. He is pleasant but very thorough. He explains the exercises and does the exercise so you (the patient) will know what is expected of you.

The center was very organized, everyone was involved with their patient. There was no loud noise, we were not interrupted while the therapist was working. Mr. Summers gives me exercises to do at home and he checks to see if I follow through the exercises.

Kendrick is amazing! He’s got that calm demeanor and get it done attitude which is hard to achieve. PT usually makes me feel uncomfortable but Kendrick makes sure his pts are walking into good vibes and he listens!!!!!
