Extreme difficulty in getting her to review an EKG from another department that she expressed concern about and wanted to review. Also, historically, when too many calls go in to Internal Medicine, the calls are answered by a call center and that rarely goes well. Gives new meaning to indifference and lack of training.

Dr. Marks has been my PCP for 15+ years and is excellent. She is extremely thorough and has been very responsive when I need to ask questions, etc. What I appreciate most is how she coordinates my care as a whole in NWMH. She has a great bedside manner and explains conditions clearly and honestly. She keeps my on track with all scheduled tests and treatments.

Like I said before, she is a wonderful internist, even other doctors will tell me that she is one of the best. I’ve been going to her for about 35 years. Anytime I had a situation she referred me to the other doctors at Northwestern.
