I’ve previously bragged about Dr. Vuong because she’s been more personable and patient than any doctor I had before. Today, I left her office confused, embarrassed and frustrated and though I tried not to I ended up crying as a result. I felt like she just didn’t listen to me. She sat with me, responded to me talked at me and provided resources to me. Maybe some resources will be helpful but it felt like she took her time all while wasting a lot of my time and hers as a result of not listening to me. I had to repeat myself a few times to try and clarify what I’d said. I’ve tried to make sense of it since I left but I have not yet. Previous experiences have been better than most but today was unbelievable

She’s very knowledgeable and listens well to what you are explaining to her. Has a fabulous personality and is very caring. But most importantly she takes her time and explain’s everything well to you.
