Good physical therapist, knowledgeable, remembers details. History of weird comments about weight and trying to get over involved in managing other aspects of care however when she sticks to PT is excellent.

Kelly knows her stuff ! She explains everything thoroughly and always clearly asks for consent before performing procedures. I already feel better after only a few sessions

Kelly Chaplin was extremely helpful to me and diagnosed my condition so I now understand how to treat it. She took time and care in explaining treatment to me and was kind and understanding. She is considerate and kind.

It’s not possible to give enough accolades to Kelly Chaplin. She is truly exceptional! Genuinely kind, caring, gentle and determined to help heal, And she is not only an excellent communicator but an active listener. I would highly recommend her!
