Dr. Patel is a straight shooting Doctor that says what needs to be said in a good and earnest way. She does not speak down to the patient. She has a great bedside manner.

I never met somebody in my life so knowledgeable and professional as Dr. Kavita Shanker-Patel. She takes her time with every patient and REALLY listens and helps. The best of the best ! 75% of my reason to go to NW is because of her.
