He was very approachable and engaged. Showed me test results, went over recommendations in depth, showed me video of procedure. Seemed appropriately concerned for my well being and understood my recent history before coming into the room. Felt much better, less anxious after appointment

Dr. Patil is very pleasant and was knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of [condition] and treatment. I asked about the NEW [specific] procedure and, if necessary, he said that he would be able to do the procedure. He spent a considerable amount of time counseling, and this was appreciated.
