The doctor didn’t just go by looking in my daughters ears, she took in consideration her past history with many ear infections and made a plan to make things easier for us if it turned into an ear infection. She also listened to my concerns about my concern that my daughter may need tubes and referred me to an ENT. You can tell the doctor actually cared about making sure my daughter is taken care of now and looking out for her long term being as well.

It is real important to her that you get the best care and she’s a very concerning person when it comes to your house cause when I came in, she was real concerned about what was going on with me

Katie was so amazing. She was energetic, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and actually listened to me. She spent ample time with me, was very thorough, explained the plan and made sure I was comfortable with it. She even helped me with finding a pharmacy that was open later than mine because she was concerned they couldn’t fill my Rx before they closed. She seemed genuinely concerned about my health, talking to me at the same level in which you would expect a friend to do. She made sure I was comfortable before I left and gave me guidance about how to proceed if my condition should change. Thank you Katie!!
