She went out of her way to contact me after a mistake was made with scheduling, while being at home sick with her family. Very knowledgeable about my circumstances and had answers and solutions.

Kathryn is amazing. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease talking to someone. She puts me at ease from the moment we say hello. She answers all my questions and helps me make decisions on the future of my medical care. Today she was instrumental in my decision about a medicine I take and put me so at ease about continuing with it. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help guide me through this process. She is a joy to talk to and keeps me on track for my future visits as well.

Excellent and she spent quality time with me in evaluating every procedure I had completed. I requested visit with someone after Dr Carrolls office called to cancel upcoming May 2022 appt. Had not seen Dr since November 2021. Kate was kind and so understanding.
