She has been fantastic from the start. She is so very genuine, knowledgeable, a fantastic listener, thorough while explaining whatever is necessary or needed. Her demeaner is fresh and soothing. Katie made me feel so comfortable while taking all the time needed to get to know and understand me and my wishes. Most important, to me, is that she has a tremendous sense of humor and certainly made me laugh more than once. Our world certainly needs more laughter

She exudes confidence & knowledge. She listens. She understands your situation and the journey even personal. She is compassionate, empathetic and a caring professional. I don't have enough words to truly convey what she has meant to both myself and my partner. We are not afraid of what is inevitable because we know she is there for us.
