Patients want a physician to be warm, professional and apporachable to point that a patient can feel comfortable to expose a little vulnerability. My 30 years in the midwest there are few physicians that have a warm bed side manner. Coming from Texas and working in the medical community my comparison is not only as a patient but as someone who has experience in a hospital and doctor office setting. Dr. Kiehn keep rocking that smile.
