She warm, comforting and understanding. She listens to me vs brushing off my concerns and issues. Everything she have me doing, it’s always how do that feel and are you ok? Empathy at its best

Kathleen is great at what she does. I'm getting awesome improvement in the movement of both of my shoulders from the stretchening an exercie program she has given me to work on. I'm very happy with the progress I have made working with her.
