She was very nice , she answered my questions

Let me preface this low rating by saying that my experience overall as a patient was fine. Let me also say that I am an LGBTQ+ ally and appreciate that the doctor is inclusive and supportive of all patients. That said, a couple moments during my visit gave me pause about her choices. 1. When she first arrived, she asked me for my preferred pronouns. That’s great, however, I wasn’t prepared for that and I said “oh, just the normal ones.� I get that “normal� was the wrong term to use, but she pressed me to tell her what pronouns I consider “normal.� To be fully inclusive, she could have just assumed I’m a male with no other preference and moved on instead of pushing me to make a proclamation. Not everyone has a preference and if my parents came to see her, they wouldn’t know what to say. Is this patient care for all or just some?2. This is the first time I was asked if I wanted HIV and STD testing. Again, great to bring it up. But as a married person of 10 years who hasn’t displayed a need to be tested, it was an odd request. Especially after talking about what labs I typically have done with my previous primary, to which the doctor said she doesn’t run labs unless she looking for it to tell us something. So, why the push for HIV and STD tests but not tests for liver or kidney function?That said, Dr. Bock seems like a smart doctor and a great addition to NM for several reasons-especially for those who are looking for inclusive care. However, as a person who booked the appointment based on availability, my experience wasn’t something I’d recommend for others.

She was great with my son and took time to listen to what he had to say

She really takes the time to sit with you and listen to you.

She answered all of my questions and offered a lot of information.

Doctor Bock is so good. She explained everything and care for you.

Very thorough and clear with feedback. BUT I did NOT appreciate the first question of what “pronoun� I use. That is not relevant. Besides you have my chart for god sake!

We used a new Doctor for our appointment, and one of the first questions we were ask is what pronoun we go by. It made us feel very uncomfortable. She was informative, but that first question really bothered my daughter and I.

Wonderful, very kind, informative, and great listener to my concerns for the reason for my visit. Def put my worries at ease

Yesterday was the first time I met this doctor. She was professional, thorough and kind. She put a plan in place that will address both issues in a conservative manner which is what I prefer.I would not hesitate to see her again if my primary physician Dr. Moline was not available.

Dr. Bock was very thorough talked on my level of understanding answered all my questions And didn’t act like she was in a hurry to leave! I would recommend her to others ! 😊

Very professional yet caring

She listened to what I had to say and asked if I had any questions. Also, her explanations were clear & easy to understand.

I had told the nurse at check-in I was recovering from a stuffy nose. No fever, no other symptoms at all. Just a stuffy nose the previous two days that was almost gone. She went back to check and said it was OK. The nurse took my temperature before I went back. She did her interview in the exam room asked about it. I told her. She finished all her stuff and said Dr. Bock would be in shortly. She came in and said 'I hear you have a stuffy nose. I need you out of my office right now.' No explanation. No tack. If she cannot or will not tell the difference between covid and a cold I do not want her treating me! She didn't need to be so rude about it either. Just a terrible experience and I'll never see her again. I will also post my review of her online so others can make an informed decision about her.

I like Dr. Bock. She was very thorough. I’ve only been there once and based on the medical treatment and advice I received it would be a 10 but, I would need to make another visit

Dr. Brock was the best doctor experience I have ever had. So very thorough, knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to doctors appointments and the caring attitude of the staff at this location/dr Brock made me so comfortable.

Dr. Bock seemed genuinely concerned about helping me to get well. She gave me sound medical advice regarding my health, the prescriptions, and how to determine whether I would need to come in for a visit or to see an ENT.

She clearly cares deeply for her patients. She is an excellent listener.

She’s down to earth, highly personable, caring and doesn’t feel like a doctor but more like a good friend that has medical training lol

Dr. Bock is THE best doctor I’ve ever seen. She, and her staff, are beyond friendly and patient. They are very accommodating and take the time to answer all questions thoroughly and in a manner that is easy to understand.

Dr. has been open & listens well. I have no reason not to recommend.
