A one stop shop… Micheal starts the ball rolling scheduling and Kathleen and Ryan make the 45 minutes work for you in the best way. Look out Ability Lab (Formally Shirley Ryan Rehabilitation Center) they are jockeying for your spot. Former RIC employee and patient.

I have been to many physical therapy offices and NorthWestern Physical Therapy is the best one!!! I had a lot of pain and restrictions after two L5-S1 back surgeries and a left hip labral tear. I could barely walk. I have been going to NorthWestern Physical Therapy for about six months and now I can honestly say that I have not seen this much improvement in my back/hip issues ever. I owe that all to my physical therapist Kathleen King. She is the BEST!!! She is knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. Kathleen listened to my issues and taught me exercises to help relieve my back and also my hip. She was easy to talk with and her instruction was clear, concise and encouraging.

Kathleen is outstanding in her field. She truly cares about the person she is helping. I have been blessed to work with Kathleen since 2021 for different ortho issues. She has been and continues to be a tremendous help. She is kind, pleasant, compassionate and excellent in her area of expertise. We have more sessions coming so I would appreciate waiting to do another survey for her until sessions are completed.
