She was extremely professional as well as caring in her approach. From the beginning she listened and answered my questions. As well as provided me with information so I can move forward with possible solutions. I can't say enough about the great customer care I received.

she is main person to talk to and she is friendly yet very professional, always makes you feel like she has all the time in the world do talk and address concerns
